Point Counting Sample Menu

  • Asian Shrimp, Snow Peas and Rice-Classic Asian flavors without the guilt.  Points 5

     

    Creole Poached Chicken Breast with Creamy Blue Cheese Polenta-The chicken is highlighted by onion, green pepper, celery and tomatoes which create a wonderful combination when served with the richness of the polenta.

     Points 3 for each

    Cuban Beef and Butternut Squash Stew-Flavor combinations with beef, butternut squash, sweet potato and corn for a little more sweetness.

     Points 6

    Greek Lasagna-Rich Greek flavors with beef, spinach and feta cheese with the hint of cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Points 5

    Rosemary Chicken with Wild Rice-wild rice and chicken come together with the woodsy flavor of rosemary.

    Beef Potpie with Cornmeal Crust-polenta like crust topping sweet peppers, beef and corn.

     

    Cheesy Hash brown Chicken Chili-chili and hash browns together create a different level of comfort food.

     

    Grilled Pizza Dogs with Baked Potato Spears-hot dogs with a great Italian flair served with a combination of sweet potatoes and russet potato spears that are baked with Italian seasonings.

     

    Porcupine Meatballs with Carrots Au Gratin-meatballs with rice in a rich tomato gravy served with a side dish that will get anyone to eat the delicious orange pieces. 

    Buttermilk Chicken with Triple Corn Pudding-chicken pieces with the extra flavor and goodness of buttermilk served with corn 3 ways that is baked into a corn casserole.
